Working through Covid-19

Working through the COVID-19 pandemic to deliver your services

With the COVID-19 pandemic continuing, we are following our Infectious Disease and Pandemic Management Response plans to ensure business continuity.

Our people's welfare is our top priority and we've been effectively working remotely since 16 March 2020. In line with Government advice, the majority of our people are continuing to work from home.

Business continuity:
We've responded to the importance and benefits of managing resilient and recoverable operations to service our clients. We have considered the most important aspects of how we deliver client service to be fault tolerant and timely. From how we use technology, operate engagement teams, and utilise internal networks, our operations are highly resilient and secure.

We believe our business continuity plans both protect our people and reduce the level of potential service interruption to our clients and business operations as well as allowing for efficient and proven recovery efforts.
